  When I started out as an investor, I quickly realised just how important it was to have an agent who would look after my property, keep me informed and provide me with quality tenants. I have been with Tracie Harrington now for nearly a decade and wish my other managers were as attentive, professional and caring and she is; and also grooms her team to be. I would like to say that time has been without incident, but we all know that would not be true. What I can honestly say, is that when there were issues that needed to be addressed (and with Tracie these have been few) I have been able to rely on her and her team to provide the highest quality service possible. I heartily recommend Tracie and her team if you need a competent and reliable manager for your home/investment.

  Tracie and her team have been managing my investment property since 2013 and I am so glad I made the switch to Harringtons. The communication is great, they ensure my property is well looked after and my tenants rent is up to date and their team of senior property managers are always lovely to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent out or sell their property!

  Tracey and her team were extremely generous this touch football season. They sponsored my sons team in the under 14's. This realty also offers amazing service and has fantastic openings on their books. Thank you so much Tracey and the team for the touch football season and all your help from the real estate.

  Great Resource for Investors and Owner Occupiers...
  I bought my first investment property in 1994, and have added 12 over the following years. I have tried several different agencies at points in the journey, and always ended coming back to Tracie. She offers competent, and individualised service that has been a great support in the process of building a portfolio.
  Property is not easy to manage, but Tracie has managed my "babies" with great care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job
